Sustainable energy engineer, handyman and photographer, Hans has a passion for travel, nature, and sustainable building and design. A dedicated runner until he damaged his knee in a skiing accident, he loves helping other sports men and women develop in their sport by using yoga to create strength and flexibility in the body as well as the mind. Hans is passionate about serving others and from this finds purpose in his life.
Trained in the Sivananda school of Yoga (RYT 200), Vinyasa Krama, and Hot Yoga (200 hours), plus many workshops and associated, trainings, Hans is interested in personal functional alignment and anatomy of the yoga postures but does not lose sight of the importance of breath, diet, meditation and relaxation in a balanced lifestyle.
Hans continues to grow and develop his creative passion for photography.
