Evi’s background is both in body work, strength conditioning, and yoga of several styles including Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Yin Flow. Evi’s teaching is a wonderful example of do don’t tell and she excels in flowing sequences which bring the practitioner through to the end with seamless focus.
