• Natasha Gunn

Natasha feels inspired to help others awaken to their true purpose in this life and release their creativity.

RYT 200. Natasha's diverse yoga teacher training includes Transformative Yoga, Hot Yoga, Astanga Vinyasa, Trauma-sensitive yoga, and most recently Vinyasa Krama, a therapeutic yoga methodology as taught by T. Krishnamacharya. Natasha believes that yoga is for everyone, and that ideally our practice becomes a sustainable part of our lives.

Living in several different countries around the world as a child led Natasha to search for stability and clarity within herself. This  search took her through studies in psychology, acting, writing, coaching, editing and teaching. She is still active in all these areas. Yoga is the balancing thread.  Motherhood has been one of her greatest challenges.

  • Hans Jakusch

Hans is passionate about serving others and from this finds growth and strength in his life.

Sustainable energy engineer, handyman and photographer, Hans has a passion for travel and yoga. A dedicated runner until he damaged his knee in a skiing accident, he loves helping other sports men and women develop in their sport by using yoga to create strength and flexibility in the body as well as the mind.

Trained in the Sivananda school of Yoga (RYT 200) and Vinyasa Krama, Hans is interested in alignment and anatomy of the yoga postures but does not lose sight of the importance of breath, diet, meditation and relaxation when creating a well-rounded yoga practice.

Art Awake pictures are all viewed through his camera lens. Hans continues to grow and develop his creative passion for photography since leaving Germany at the age of 17 to travel the world. Hans is inspired by nature and capturing the spirit of the subject at that moment.
