• We know mind and body are connected, and nothing has more power heal the body than the mind! Ayurveda is a science of life (Ayur = life, Veda = science or knowledge). It offers a wealth of wisdom designed to help people stay in full health and realize their potential. Ayurveda goes hand in hand with yoga as a full, holistic healing system.
     
    Through presentation and interactive sessions, Eniko will go over the basic principles of Ayurveda, the qualities of the three doshas (blends of physical, emotional and mental characteristics) and how to balance through food intake and Yoga practice. Our body is constantly subject to change as the enviroment it moves and interacts in fluctuates. Conversation will focus on how to determine one's own constitution (prakriti) and imbalances (vikriti) and how to balance. Through guidelines, we will understand what the ayurvedic daily lifestyle suggestions are.
